Monkeys caused 50% of our power outages. After a lot of thinking and research, I found a simple, yet effective product in the USA that would help us prevent some of our company's power outages. Through Collaboration and team work with our Engineers, we implemented the idea and installed the first phase. We have since then, not had any power outages on those overhead lines caused by monkeys.

I received a Certificate of Excellence Award in the top 3 at our company, and was invited to the main ceremony where all the business units of our company's top 3 nominees were to present their ideas. I was very humbled to be chosen and it was a good learning experience for me.
